Why Underground? Because my husband makes me sew underground. Not at some secret location, just our basement. He thinks keeping me sequestered in the basement will contain my mess. Ha, found a pin up in our bedroom this morning. Never know what you'll find up there. I sew, design, create, dye, grow and learn everyday. Well, I don't get to sew everyday. Follow along on my journey, if you dare.
Last month my mom and I drove to Dallas TX. to vend at the Dallas Quilters Guild Show. We had a great time. These ladies were awesome, such a talented group of quilters. We took advantage of some beautiful weather and visited the Dallas Arboretum.
We also had a beautiful day to set up the booth. And then the rain came. That's better than snow. I felt blessed to not be wearing my winter coat and boots for a week.
My girlfriend Mary flew up from New Mexico to help and we found plenty of time to be silly.
And we found some good Beer too. IF you are in Dallas don't miss the Rodeo Goat for great Beer and burgers. We also loved the pizza at Olivella's.

Old News is Still Good News
I have been busy designing new small Inspiration Project patterns to go with my Six Pack Bundles. Each project can be made with the wool provided in the bundle. Some wooly ladies like the bundles just to add to their stash but sometimes you might purchase one because it's pretty and need a little inspiration. Get the Harvest bundle to make this cute Sunflower pin keep.
